Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

The goods are delivered worldwide.

Please note that for deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import VAT will be charged upon import. These costs are borne by the buyer when importing the goods into the respective country outside the EU.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

We do not charge shipping costs.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 5-7 days, and for deliveries abroad within 5-10 days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one combined shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

The delivery time for individual orders (Made-to-Order or Custom Made) is 4 - 6 weeks.

When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.

My return policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase was more than 30 days ago, I unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Cost

A return label is included with every product. Affix the return label to the package. Returns are free of charge for you within the 30-day period.
