Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries : Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden .
Shipping costs (including VAT)
We do not charge shipping costs.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 3 - 5 days, and for deliveries abroad within 5 - 10 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

If you pay by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.

My return policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, unfortunately, I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Cost
A return slip is included with every product. Attach the return slip to the package. Returns are free of charge within 30 days.
