The following conditions apply:

We do not charge shipping costs.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany will take place within 3 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

If you pay by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be debited when the goods are dispatched.

My return policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, unfortunately, I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

A return slip is enclosed with each product. Attach the return slip to the package. Returns are free of charge within 30 days.
